Rejected Got Ban for GR - 4.1

Hello Admin , so i got ban for GR - 4.1 (Gym Bot) , i was not aware about this rule and i used a third party software name Macro Gamer to complete battle pass task which was suggested by my friend . I totally agree with the admin punishment and now i realise also that i made a mistake which i should not have to repeat in future .I am playing in EN3 from last 5 months and you can check my past record also i havent did any criminal activity or break server rules . This is my first time to get ban for a server rule . I dont want to unban my account the punishment should be same for all , i accept my punishment and i just want to minimum my punishment to 10-30 days .
