2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with an explanation)
- For me, the LSPD is the link between all state organizations. The LSPD is able to ensure law and order not only in the city, but also in the State. I think the LSPD is the organization that can be deployed most flexibly and can support all other organizations at any time.
-My goal is to make the LSPD a respected and sometimes feared state power with the law on its side and the best equipment in the state, the LSPD is always the right contact!
- I have a lot of experience in Crime and State . where i lead the families Gang and been a high command in Many Orgs. and I know how to lead and I am a very capable person and I consider myself a competent person to lead the Los Santos Police Department And I have both my deputies and some majors in mind and ready for the fast as soon as now, which I know will not fail.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Bonuses and perks will be increased so that the members of the organization will have good interaction and never be unsatisfied with bonus times
- I would make sure promotions only take place by merit and hard work rather then favoritisms
- No toxicity in the organization
-Strict action will be taken against those who fail to follow the rules.
-I would try my best to have good relations with other organization
