While i was in process to arrest a 10-15 ID 239857 some how his friends knew that he would be at DOC at the exact moment we arrive they start shooting and killing my 10-15 Please do the right thing here and look into this situation ID 239857 Cleary left the RP situation. it is frustrating and hard to be a LEO with citizens That do acts like this and think they can just get away with it.
