Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) FIB is very important and senior org in the city And it needs to be roll out properly
From past couple of weeks FIB is not there and gang activity crime family activity has increased , So my primary work if i got term is To start work as soon as possible by grabbing all the past deputy’s , Assistant and Hod’s

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) FIB is very important and senior org in the city And it needs to be roll out properly
From past couple of weeks FIB is not there and gang activity crime family activity has increased , So my primary work if i got term is To start work as soon as possible by grabbing all the past deputy’s , Assistant and Hod’s
For example , When there will be any store robbery and then gang got Numbers and they won easily because FIB is not there and we as leo lost most of the store robbery
2.2) Taking FIB Leadership its hard But iam promising that I will try to take care of the organization, Obviously no one is perfect , Even I’m not perfect but I will try my best to lead the organization without any org Warning
I was hc ( 24 ) in Lspd in Lucal soul’s term and FIB (25) In jay Jodd’s term
So i have experienced that How to Roll out an organization properly i know that tactics From the honorable leaders
For example: There were Record breaking numbers from LSPD in Lucal Soul’s term
And there were a record breaking events and Raids in Jay Jodd’s Term
2.3) When I was HC In FIB I got to know lot of officers from other leo organization do corruption openly I saw them using stun guns on own officers Punching officers and citizens in GZ for no reason , So one of my priorities to while being a Leader I will try my level best to stop this kind of things Because it affects a bad impression on citizens As a leo Organization
For example , When i was In LSPD my own friends Used to tez me using stun gun That time i have heard from citizen that LSPD officers aren’t safe from there own officers how they can save us , Obiosly i have uploaded them on forum because it leads to unprofessional behavior
3. Advise to improve RP as Organization
3.1) Main thing to Improve RP is if agents from organization know rules properly .
I will be arranging OOC training session on discord before promotion ceremony for new agents and with every hc’s advice we can talk and explain things on different different topics it will be a 15-30 min training session even i can get to know new things using this idea
3.2) Again Topic comes to Professional misconduct and miss behavior
Usually people do randomly punching and using stunn gun on friends everyone thinks its cool but it’s actually not cool its Fail RP as well , I will try my best and will make a team to look up on these things so people will not do anything like that
For example , If I’m announcing there will be a special team to look up on corruption like this and that team details will be totally classified information so people will get scared of punishment and they will not do things like this it will also help in improving Roleplay
3.3) Off duty parties or public relation type events for agents to make more stronger bonding between each other, it will help in less org vs org groupism most of time people got inactive because of internal Rivalry with each other
And internal rivalry leads to unprofessional Roleplay and some time mixing and again Fail RP as well
If we have better bonding with each other i can openly say it will help in improving RP
3.4) To make HRT Department more professional , It is easy if we got better training in our training period then its straight forward That All agents will do RP in proper way
One additional thing for HOD and DHOD of HRT to Train High command as well , because many new HC do mistakes while leading hostage situation , then One of the very important tool department call , lot of people mess it up and it can leads towards org warning or complaints from other org or leaders as well
4. Department If i got leadership
4.1 Human Resources & Training - Its not only hiring new agents but Very Important department while running the organization because Professionalism of the agents in organization depends on this department HRT is not only about paper work HRT is about Making good motivated agents to the organization as well
4.2 Undercover Department : This department will focus on all the undercover operations like taking evidences in different events or Going to High risk areas like Highway or ghetto and it also help to do a gang raid or fam raid and Black market raid
4.3 Special Task Force : Always ready to lead the situation like hostage store ,FZ raid ,BM raid ,Gang Raid ,Fam raid Specialist in handling leathal force situations , Also ready to respond to Critical situations like Heavy 10-10 Also 3-4 triangs in a week to make this department more efficient
4.4 Criminal Investigations Department : This department will be focusing on Arresting wanted criminal Busting the drungs ,cannabis and will look up on all illegal Sale which happens in the city
, While conducting secret investigation
, If they got intel of a drug sale and 4 officers are responding in this situation they will also need to take help from uc department
4.5 Internal Affairs : One of the important department who look up on internal situations like Well maintained discipline,
Handling Internal issue between officers , also to do regular inspections If Agents having proper licenses, Then taking care of things like corruption , also if agents are carrying illegal weapons while on duty / Or in there cars trunk which is parked in FIB facility
Also it will look up on cases which is opened against our agent from different organizations to help them and make our organization free from corrupt and Unprofessional officers
Basically This department is Leo of Leo’s
5. Additional things to run organization in smooth manner
5.1) Weekly Promotion ceremony : Promotion help people hustle and work to achieve a target and motivate them as well

How to make a valid evidence
Aim practice in Arenas
Hot to do a proper paperwork and Training for HRT
How to lead situations like Hostage , FZ raid Subs , aircraft and store etc etc …

5.4) Bonuses to deserving officers who have worked hard for the department as well as organization
