Reason : VR + VDM after several warnings by me

What Happened :
Dear Admins,
I was jus going through bank and two players started ramming vehicle on me. I gave them several warning but they didn't stop and I was unable to record the audio as my Nvidia was facing some issues however POV has all the views.
