Rejected Buyed a sultan classic for 230,000 from a player and the player is offline and i am in fear of getting in issues

hey admin club, my self zee danger (IC)i buyed a car from a stranger for 230k and after he sold i didnt looked my balance but after some time i saw and only 230k as been cut but not 2,3m as we both had a deal for 2,3m and till now that player havent came online for undo the trade so why, so why am posting firstly the thread so that i dont get into trouble in future, tho i didnt consider having a pov at that time as i thought of to be a normal purchase but it turned to be a mess. i know i wrote a big thing in this ticket but i had to because my account is a hard earned and almost spends half half day in irl. trying to contact him, again trying to contact him , again trying contact him , plz admin club do something about this. i dont remeber the suspect name and i am putting my own
