Andy Lemon was born in Northern Indiana, around small farm towns. Growing up his father would always talk about going up to Canada for the weekend for business trips. When Andy was old enough his father took him with on a trip and explained that his mother had been missing for many years and sometimes you have to deal with criminals to get information and funding to help a good cause. This blurred the line for Andy moral compass as he wanted to find his mother also so he started helping his father with these tech runs over the border. One time when dropping everything off a camera was missing and the gang was upset it was not there and took Andy and his father captive for 3 months until letting them go and cutting all ties with them. Andy then moved away to Los Santos to start a better life and maybe get more intel on his mothers disappearance therefore leading him to the fib and starting a career.
Andy time in the fib has served under many leaders through the years but hes always stuck with it and kept in line to stay under the radar till he can find out what he needs to know. Andy stays within line of his work but its not leading to any new clues so he is starting to look into interacting with gangs to find out more info on issues in the city and maybe his own issues hes going through.
Andy will always but the agency best interests first so he can keep his position but sometimes he needs to talk to some bad people for the bigger picture.
Outcomes:
1.Andy can remove people from the wanted list and reduce charges and might let lesser crime go to help later.
2.Andy can give out hidden cameras and microphones with serial numbers to informants.
3. Andy can torture to question an individual and may use truth serum to speed the process.
4. Andy can search for hidden cameras and microphones and smash them if need be.
