Hello dear administrator

I just come out from my appartment for going to buy insurance for my car then from behind this officers come and give me demand for pull over and block my engine so my car is Stop then I come out from car and he start arresting me for no reason and you can see that time I don't have headphone so I ask him to type but he didn't give me reply and fine me 2 times for no reason if I do RECKLESS DRIVING ask pov from him where I do RECKLESS DRIVING pls justice with me this is 3 or 4 time officer giving fine me for no reason
