I was riding my bike and was going for oil ring for doing office task suddenly popup comes that my account is blocked for 60 days, Riding a bike is bannable ?

I am new to the city I am giving Screeshot cause I don't have bodycam because of my potato pc sorry, in screenshot u can see the waypoint is mARKED AND i AM ON THE WAY, i WAS NOT DOING rdm OR ANYTHING THAT CAN BE BANNABLE, i DONT KNOW WHAT JUST HAPPNED. PLEASE SAY WHAT I DID.
