Over here there was a hostage situation going on between LEO and Marabunta . And in this POV 3 people from FIB come up and giving UB Demand to me by saying step out of the cars instead of saying leave the area there a Situation and even try to stun me without a proper reason or a explaintion . And there where 3 person present those who from FIB and 3 FIB included in that situation means a Mass Rule Break . I hope the admin will take a proper action on this .

So what exactly is the rule break here? You knew there was a hostage situation and you were just trying to bait people in. Leos had proper reason to order you out of the car and that reason was provided to you in your POV lol.

My guy, in real life no one and i mean no one would be near a hostage situation. The police would force you out of the area. Even if that means detain you, for your protection.

Soooooo, what rule was broken? UB Demands?? I dont see any UB Demands, i see LEOs trying to get a person out of the car, to maybe see if he is related to the gang or what ever the case may be.

If you actually "think" about it, it makes alot of sense.

If a citizen, in this case you, will not leave a certian are as the police has instructed, they detain him, and by doing so protect him.

Looking at this POV, LEOs were to busy with the hostages, so they were either going to detain you to escort you out of the unsafe area.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

1. At the very start of POV can see a gun in hand which shows a threat to them.

2. I can see an reason over there for asking to step out of the car, they mentioned there was a situation and your are not leaving they can ask you, Request to leave the area was also given.

3. And regarding using stun gun, they clearly made an request more than twice requesting to step out still not complied, detaining is different from stepping out.
