I was playing in gym Suddenly my computer screen Freezes game crashed I opened the game again and got banned Please review the subject again I apologize for any mistakes Please give me another chance .
It has been 20 days which is a very long time for me to be away from the server Please lift the ban or reduce the ban My regards and appreciation .
