As a top-class cheater myself, I can confirm that this guy is cheating. If he doesn't stop, myself and EVEN STEVEN will return to put a stop to their cheating with silent aim. Firstly, he is recording with OBS, which is suspicious on its own. Adding music in the background is an old trick cheaters use. If the admins don't ban them, EVEN STEVEN and I will return with better then ever with POV footage.

Adding or modifying music in a point of view video is illegal. Cheating with Nvidia is easy these days, and I know what I'm talking about as a top-class cheater myself. I can pass a PC check with cheats open. Stop hiding your cheats and come out of the closet. Embrace yourself and stop cheating, or else. Look at me, I cheat. I use the best cheats. I only get on GRP to cheat. I've been relaxing on Fortnite, but if I see a lot of cheaters in City 2, I'm coming back. Let's see who cheats the best. #cheater
