Rejected Admin gave a wrong ban (Satriko Narcos)

I got banned for GR 6.17, and it doesnt add up.
I am not using OBS, and i show every overlay that there is on my screen.
I really dont understand why i got 30 days, i even have proof that i use medal, and its on the screen and not the game.

When you alt tab and do something outside the game you screen was black and I couldn’t see anything
This is not allowed and against the rules
You need to use a recorder with all overlay

i did not tap out of the game i pressed alt + enter which makes the game go fullscreen, and theirfor it was black. It was also black on my screen.

I have medal set to record my screen and not game.
