I made 2 videos of the situation as i dont have auto recodring for more than 10 mins. so i have to auto save first part and then start recording 2nd part.

I was going to SAHP to get my insurance for my car.
1. The way the tried to stop the car at SAHP is normal. You can check in the POV.
2. he without anything cuffed me and said false (saying i hit 2 officiers which i havent done) when asked why
3. didnt say the penal codes when asked.
4. didnt give enough time to get my lawyer.
5. arresting without other person.

1. in your pov we can clearly see you hit one officer with your car
2. he already told you the charges
3. penal codes are not important to say he already told you charges ( crime done by you )
4. You need to have a contract with a private lawyer and have his contact information ready, after getting arrested its not the officers duty to wait for you to post ads looking for a lawyer
5. one officer can arrest you alone
