As a child in Los Santos, I dreamed of becoming a police officer, inspired by the heroes in uniform. However, my idealism faded as I grew older and witnessed rampant corruption among officers who took bribes and ignored crime.
Determined to make a difference, I joined the FIB, only to discover that many colleagues were part of the same corruption I wanted to fight. The pressure to conform grew, and I began turning a blind eye to minor infractions, eventually becoming involved in illegal activities.

Outcomes:
1. Pavan can deny/lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in his custody.
2. Pavan can use illegal firearms and items(drugs, engine blockers) on/off duty that he found after fights through his victims or through his own personal purchases.
3. Pavan can go to ghetto and kill anyone off duty only
