Additionally, I’ve developed strong relationships with both seniors and subordinates, which is essential for effective leadership.

For example, when I joined NG as COS of BO, the department was under a warning for inactivity. - Make sure members follow proper RP rules ( no shortcuts or unnecessary OOC talk during serious situations. Warnings or strikes should be given for poor RP to maintain quality. )
- Mandatory RP Drills:
- Regular, practical drills (like patrols, checkpoints, and war scenarios) should be mandatory so everyone stays sharp and knows how to react in RP situations.
