- Make sure members follow proper RP rules ( no shortcuts or unnecessary OOC talk during serious situations. Warnings or strikes should be given for poor RP to maintain quality. )

- Regular, practical drills (like patrols, checkpoints, and war scenarios) should be mandatory so everyone stays sharp and knows how to react in RP situations.
