i go to steal the money machine and this family start shooting me without demand and i got punishment for GR 6.15 becous i start shoting to protect my self i think At this moment I can defend myself but I got punished

As it was made clear, no such thing as defending yourself, if the situation starts with a rule violation, it does not mean you can violate rules as well!
