Additional information
1. Leader of The National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a).
I am currently the LT. General of the National Guard, and we have had two amazing terms. I would love the opportunity to carry it on and continue to improve the National Guard not just for myself but for the loyal and dedicated members of the National Guard. I would love to see an increase in inter-organizational operations/relations as well, which I feel I can bring as I have good relations with the other organizations and their high commands.
b). I have always found the National Guard to have a very welcoming atmosphere. Every time I have been in the National Guard it has been an amazing experience, and lately our options for things to do are only expanding making it an extremely desirable organization to be a part of. I also feel like I have only just begun scratching at the surface of things to do, so getting leadership would help immensely with continuing to grow and expand the National Guard.
c). I have been in a lot of organizations since joining the city but have always found the National Guard to fit my style as I enjoy being able to operate within the whole state of Los Santos and help all of the organizations out. Whether it be delivering ammo, guard duty at DOC, heli scouting down great ocean highway, or just patrolling the city to help keep crime down.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
a).
Lately due to the changes with IC law I have been trying to implement more checkpoints throughout the city conducted by the National Guard. We have successfully conducted 3 checkpoints at this point in time, but I am looking to keep continuing this. Each checkpoint we conduct we are able to learn and improve for the future. So far I have had nothing but positive feedback about us conducting checkpoints as it gives the units something to do before and after the gate hours. This also helps the National Guard increase its presence within the city getting more public attention, which is vital to growing the organization.
The checkpoints also help the soldiers of the National Guard increase their Roleplay experience as they are able to interact with members of the public and other organizations more often.
b). Something I would love to implement is a ghetto patrol done through the water canals of the ghetto. We have access to two boats making it possible for us to travel up the canals to our different GP locations. This would bring a huge change to something that we are obligated to do as a state organization and would increase the "want" from our soldiers to do a GP. This will effectively add a whole new aspect to the lives of the soldiers/LEOs that hasn't been seen before as we mainly operate on the ground or air. Not only can these boats be used for a Ghetto Patrol, but we would also implement them into our strategy at SUBS. I have had a lot of people begging us within the National Guard to start using the boats so I believe it would bring only positive reactions.
c). I would like to see the creation of a quick reaction task force. This team would be stationed off base in the city, either helping guard the Capital, patrolling the city, or even stationed outside Pillbox hospital to help guide people in their cars in their down time. Their job would be to respond to any/all globals or stores within the city increasing the response time of the Army before the full cavalry can arrive. This would increase their contact with the general public and further increase relations with other organizations as we are able to be there to help them as fast as possible and are able to help out in their down time instead of being unavailable in the base.
d). I would love to implement 3 tests into the National Guard. You must pass a theory test before you are able to receive a promotion to any of the Non-Commissioned Officer ranks, Commissioned Officer ranks, or High Command ranks. Having these tests at each phase of the rank structure not only ensures the best of the best are making it through but gives the soldiers an incentive to learn more and improve within themselves. These tests would ensure that we have a highly professional and knowledgeable group of high commands. This can further be improved by hosting weekly training lessons for anyone who is interested in progressing, or needing a little extra help. These will be held by a member of our high command in one of the many classrooms within the main barracks.
e). Instead of just having units stationed at the gates I would like to utilize the newly formed RSU to sit on the roofs within the base (or towers if we can get some) to deal with trespassers from afar, lending aid to the soldiers on the ground.

Departments
Human Resources:
The HR department are responsible for hiring and training new recruits within the National Guard. They are also responsible for making sure everyone's logs and roles are up to date and presenting the promotion recommendations to the high command of the National Guard. They must be efficient and reliable when it comes to hiring the right people and making sure they receive the training necessary.
Public Relations: Public relations are responsible for holding events with the general public to help increase the National Guards standing within public eye. It is essential that they are operating to a high professional level as they are constantly under the microscope from the public. They need to be able to come up with cool and fun ideas to involve members of the public that are still safe and reasonable. Hopefully through the work of a good PR team it will increase the "want" to join the National Guard.
Air Force: The Airforce are responsible for transporting troops, scouting the highways, and providing air support to any special missions. It is important that all members go through a vigorous training in order to be authorized to fly as the lives of many soldiers/LEOs are in their hands. They must also be aware of where they can and can't land the helicopters during special missions, and globals. It is crucial to have the Air Force available to scout the highways to give us a heads up on any incoming raids, so we have time to prepare the troops in base and get support from the LEOs.
Military Police: The Military Police are in charge of keeping the soldiers within the National Guard accountable for their actions. They are tasked with spot checks of unit's backpacks, trunks and licenses. They are also responsible for making sure that if any internal or external rules/laws are broken by a member of the Nation Guard that they are held responsible. They create case files and work closely with the District Attorney to make sure all punishments are being decided fairly and within the laws. Any internal issues or complaints that soldiers may have can be brought to the MP who will then review all evidence and decide on an outcome. They are also tasked with making sure soldiers are staying active and filling out their logs correctly. They must also hunt down and detain anyone who deserts the National Guard and has an active warrant out for their arrest. With all these responsibilities it is important that all members of the MP are highly experienced and professional.
Special Forces: The Special Forces unit of the National Guard are responsible for conducting ghetto patrols and taking charge when responding the globals. It is crucial that all members of the SF are knowledgeable of all laws and regulations of the city as the newer members to the National Guard will look to them for guidance during any special mission or event.
The SF has a few sub departments that I am wanting to introduce:
a). QRF | The Quick Reaction Force. They will be stationed within the city so they are able to respond to all emergency's lending help before the main cavalry can arrive from the base.
b). RSU | The Recon Scout Unit. They are tasked with dealing with the enemy from afar with snipers, often working closely with the Air Force to take control of nearby roofs at situations. They are also responsible for taking evidence against gangs and crime families during hostages/stores for FIB to use when creating a case. They are considered our more elite units and are able to operate "undercover" wearing uniforms that don't stand out as much to the public eye.
c). CSU | Combat Support Unit. They are tasked with supplying soldiers and other state organization members with ammo, repair kits, fuel and medical supplies during any events/situations. They will have the 2 "Armored Cars" reserved for them, so they are able to fill them with all the supplies. They will arrive at all situations and setup for anyone to come and have supplies handed out to them. They will work closely with EMS to ensure they always have a good supply of medical supplies.
