Additional information
1. Leader of the National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Service and Experience:
I have deep roots in the National Guard. This is the organization where I got my taste for service, loyalty and dedication to our country. During my time, I have learned so much from the command of some great generals and risen through the ranks as a trainee all throughout high rank. It really allowed me to see the closer look of exactly what goes on in National Guard including a first hand experience with some. I am prepared to lead this organization while building on my experience and guiding the NG into a successful future.
2.2 Security, Stability & Collaboration:
The first priority will be to keep our citizens safe and I as the Commander-in-Chief of State Troops have safeguarded this city. A strong National Guard ensures a safe public, and I think this is the foundation of society. With a strong defense system and good cooperation by other governmental bodies, organizations I will make sure all our operation are compiled in unison to be efficient not just effective for the maintenance of law and order.
2.3 Empowering Future Leaders:
Empowerment of the team is a one of my core belief and that a max leader’s part in team is empowered. This would only focus on growing the soldiers in ranks, taking care of the mentoring, the guidance, and putting the tools in place for success. Structured training programs, team building initiatives and a fair, merit based system will serve to create a feel of unity and pride among our guardsmen and lay the foundation needed for the next ed generation of leaders to emerge.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
3.1 Consistency is important to a role-play environment. I will craft comprehensive RP guidelines that are present from rank to rank. Everyone from recruits to high command can be sure that all members are on the same page with the National Guard in terms of what we stand for and what our purpose is, which will only add depth to everyone's RP experience.
3.2 Continuous training is necessary to keep up with Role-playing performance levels I will establish a consistent program of workshops, scenario-based training and simulation exercises intended to test the abilities and hone the skills in our soldiers. This will help to keep them guided, fill every time charged and enthusiastic towards doing their roles within the organization.
3.3 Greatness deserves to be rewarded. The rest shall be in the form of promotions, awards, and public commendation for their Excellent RP performance under my leadership. This will assist in promoting a high performance culture and involving others to emulate the same, resulting in continuous increase in our RP standards.
Departmental Leadership and Management:
Success requires a well organized National Guard. Each department will play a key role in contributing to our overall mission.
1.Air Force:
It will be the job of the Air Force to patrol the air, supply aerial support during ground actions, and keep air superiority in combat operations. With our pilots and crew regularly trained and ready to respond to threats quickly and decisively, our pilots and crew will be always ready.
2.Military Police:
The Military Police will uphold discipline, enforce military laws, and ensure every soldier follows the standards of the National Guard. They will collaborate with SWAT, Black Ops, and other departments to maintain smooth operations and internal order. Additionally, they will oversee security protocols during high-risk missions, ensuring discipline and professionalism within the organization.
3.Human Resources:
This team oversees all signing processes—application review, background check-in and player onboarding. Human Resources will make sure that the best possible individuals join our groups, enabling us to have a good operational coordination among departments and sustain healthy organization.
4.SASD:
The SASD will conduct covert operations, secure high-risk areas during low-activity periods, and execute specialized missions with precision. Their presence is essential at critical events, ensuring our security forces can operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. By carrying out these specialized tasks, the SASD enhances our overall security framework and helps maintain safety in high-stakes situations.
