Rejected Arrest me without a reason

When i was in hospital some random guy arrest me without a reason and he not wears a FBI or Police clothing and when i ask him for reason he told i talk to his girl is this a normal reason for being arrested and after that my connection was lost for 3s when i come back im in jail ???>
