Rejected Got Code A When Trying to Remove UB Solar And Got Punisment By Dot Green

When I installed solar panels on the roof, I noticed that two of the panel legs were in the air. When I tried to remove them, I experienced a power cut, resulting in Code A. Since I didn't have enough battery in my laptop, I couldn't return to the city right away. After 10 minutes, when I came back, I received a UB solar punishment and was punished by DOT Green. When I tried to ask multiple questions to the admin team, one of the admins, Hiten Shikkari, blocked me from raising a ticket.
