As shown in the POV, they are firing outside the circle while staying inside, violating Event Rule 1.11. Additionally, we were on the city side, not the Ghetto, which breaks the 6.15 RDM rule. I request their POV to identify more individuals, as the red circle event requires them to have it recorded. Moreover, they violated Event Rule 1.2 by attacking us within the 5 minutes grace period before the event began.
