2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be leader of Bloods because of the low activity in the ghetto and at some events and I want to increase the number of people and activities in the gangs as a whole and make it like how it used to be a few years ago while gangs were thriving over leos and winning most of every gun fight. I am positive that I will be able to do that as it is one of my major things on my checklist of stuff I would do as the Bloods leader. As I have never been a leader before I will do my best to bring not only my friends but most if not the best Turfers/Shoots in the city into my gang and make gangs a threat to legal orgs again.
- My second reason why I want to be Bloods leader is because I have many experiences in both legal and illegal organisations and have an extensive knowledge about different events and how they work. While I have been in city I have had the experience of leading different events and I feel as if I would be able to do that again in a leadership position and not only win them but have fun while winning these different events that happen.
-My third and final reason why I would like to be leader of Bloods is mainly to take care and make the term fun and open for everyone to join. I want to make Bloods the best it has ever been while still maintaining a high level of roleplay, While I have never been a leader of a Org I have been in many high command positions and have the capability of leading an organisation and in a level of respect and responsibility of carefully choosing my high command so there will be no rule breaks and max numbers at events at all times, while keeping everything mostly family friendly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
- As long as I have been in this city I have seen many different roleplays and lots of changes to it and I am looking to make it like old times where there were many different situations going on at once (highway robberies, store/gun store robberies, ect…). As the leader I would bring that back and make being in a gang fun again instead of how it can be sometimes where no one gets a say everyone will have a say in what we do for different situations and make the roleplay fun again as I see most people in their own little groups I will open it to everyone and make it as inclusive as it possible can be.
