2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans:- (I would like to break it down into points)
1.NG was the first org I have joined.

2.Slowly Slowly I made deep connection to it.
3.As it was my first org I made new friends and enjoyed al lot.
4.Having deep connection to it sometimes make me think that if I became a leader I will make NG a stronger org and a supportive community for all .
5.Bring good vibe and allow everyone to enjoy the game at the fullest.


3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:
(Again breaking everything in clear points)
1.I would like to install additional of warning indicator and alarm in the gates of the NG base as it would allow the units to get ready if there is a heavy 10-10 situation or they need to get ready for fighting with the trace passers.
The alarm will understand the vehicle and will announce them with speakers on the NG head quarters.


2. Developing a supportive community

So that everyone will be the side of everyone on their needs and bring good vibe so that no one get boarded.
Candy run , specOPS , gheto patrol and usual patrolling on daily basics.


3.Test the skills of everyone and their respective their choices

Every units must be given a chance to lead a team not only the high command should always interfere but also give some chances to the units in the city which would cause them to be happy and unlock their skills
I mean like someone is a cadet so high command will ask them to carry on this situation with the things they got and idea they have .


4.Events should be done on regular basics.
Like events between The units and for the people of the city which will boost them for their good feeling and won't make them board



The other tasks

Like Bonus System , Gate shifts
Should be done clearly and without any doubtfully in every situation


NG Departments

Air Force (AF)
This department will be responsible for all the activities by air.
Starting from air patrolling to help units to move faster to any situation as soon as possible by air.
Do patrolling on time basics and report if they find something unusual.

Human Resources (HR)
This department is responsible for all sort of hiring and training for the new commers.

Special Operation Force (SOF)
This department will be responsible for every possible globals and all sort of store robery or any hostage situation.
In addition to that it would be break down into two divisions
Team Alpha : Responsible for other helpful tasks for NG. I.e.. In additional to store robery or hostage situation they would also help in managing Candy Run and other events.
Team Delta : Responsible for acting or to respond to the global or store robery or any other situation as soon as possible.

Military police (MP)
responsible for every task and checkup and to run everything in a proper and professional manner.
Patrol around the base and gate keeping.

Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD)

This department is responsible for all sorts of financial tasks like starting from giving bonus to managing hostage situation about the finance.
Everything from regarding finance will be responsible by this department.
I know only leader can take out money from org but in need leader will take out and give it to the chief officer and he will handle it to the other officers.
