Dear Administrator, I was banned for 60 days for using a minig bot, then my ban was changed to a perm by the decision of our administrators. I want to ask you, can you withdraw the money from my account and lift my ban please, I don't play any other games and I play this game more than 100 hours a week. And I promise I won't do this again.
