So SAHP were in a pursuit with this person, when we finally stopped him we got him out the car and he instantly demanded a god for VDM so we made the situation Code B (freeze RP for god) but we were standing in the middle of the road so we asked him to move his car to the side of the road even though he was in handcuffs, when he got out the cuffs to move his car he drove off even though we had about 10 officers on scene and he demanded to freeze the RP for a god
