Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
-This is a great community to be apart of, I have seen that from only being here a few days. I would like to leave my short RP-life to join the ranks and help out the community in any way needed. I have a compassion for helping shape the community, enforcing rules, and facilitating events. I also believe it would help further my skills in leadership and organization. Engaging with the community and working with a team has always been where I do my best work.
What are your strengths?
-My strengths would be that I'm a quick learner,
-I try to complete every task I take on.
-I am calm and collected.
-I know how to subdue and calm down situations.
-I try to look at both sides of the story.
-I also do great under pressure.
What are your weaknesses?
-I tend to overwork myself.
-Sometimes too compassionate.
-Overall i try to look at the positives instead of the negatives.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
-I could bring great communication, problem-solving skills.
-I would be great at helping manage conflict, ensure clear guidelines are followed,
-Try to bring a positive community atmosphere.
-Great leadership/listening skills.
