i was having good time at my fam house and then police raid us and start shooting i thought the other family (name,11) came to stole our solar panels but it was fib i took my gun to protect but when i saw it was fib i put it in. i didn't shoot single bullet but he arrested me and charged me attempt to murder

There is no OOC rule break in the POV, There is a reason for them to arrest where you are open carrying and doing criminal activities which is shooting/killing leos​
