2 Why would you like to become Leader of LSPD ( List three reasons with an explanation ) ?
I started my journey at EN1 it was good but it was old server and everybody was rich and i started EN3 much new server and i worked every LEO agencies i gained expriences as a leo and now i have oppurtinity become LSPD Chief.
Secondly , Im gonna make HR department very helpful and hardworking officers and they gonna teach everything to newbie officers.
Lastly , Our Chiefs of SWAT and UNDERCOVER gonna teach their officers as their poistiones.
MY PAST EXPERIENCE :-

2x HEAD OF DEPARTMENT - 26 (LSPD)

3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization?
As a CHIEF OF POLICE i would increase the use of RP commands ,
Im Gonna take Exprienced HRs to maintain our Officers to use RP commands while on duty.
As a Chief i`ll keep talking with other organisations and make a good relationships with them.
Im gonna give good bonuses to our officers for every event they will attend every event because there is a good bonus to arrests and scripted events.
in my term i would not tolarate to any kind of toxicity.
