VDM if you hit someone intentionally with car (doesn't mean that the person need to die for VDM to apply one single hit can also be consider VDM)
CR is when u hit other persons car with car.
And you are saying it was not intentional? u where going from the left side of the road then u intentionally came to right side just soo you could hit him its clear that you intentionally hit him xD.
