PART 1 : Thinking that this was a normal car theft, I wanted to help him. Then, I was wondering who the owner of the engine was, so I went and looked and saw that he was my friend, so I killed him immediately.
PARRT 2 : After my friends and I dispersed, I saw him again near my house and I went to him to confirm his identity. He came back to the place where he died and then I wanted to talk to him, but he started swearing at me, my friend and my mother in Turkish.and he kept swearing for a long time
PART 3 : It was obvious that he was angry and he started to run me over with his car and damage the cars around him.

In part 1, he says eywallah to me, which means thanking using the name of God in Turkish.and in addition to these, in episode 1, he steals the vehicle with a gun in his hand.
Dear administrators, please ensure that my senior managers see this evidence.
Because I don't think it's right for someone who makes so many rule mistakes and has no respect for RP and people to be on this platform.
Please punish him with the fairest and harshest punishment.
