They did, it keeps getting rejected by the same person giving the same vague response.

Use the right section for recovery i feel it's 2fa then fill you stuff, however it's normal to get response like that in grand en.

i am also locked out from 2fa & didnt have code to access my account & getting rejected constantly with same reply insufficient data even i filled everything correctly, what can i do now can someone help plz ??

It would be helpful if they could tell you exactly what you need to provide to prove that it's your account.

tried logging into my main account and I don't have the 2fa app for it no more so cant put the code in and now confused on what to do if u able to help and i got proof of where the grand rp emails go to etc this on server 1

You have to make a recovery account forum and you need to put as much details as possible with screenshots and recordings to prove it's your account so that they can disable the 2fa. I have not met anyone yet that has been successful though so good luck.
