Life Story:
Luis Saint was born to a Moroccan household intensely firm in the values of justice and integrity and honor. His father Saul Saint was a highly respected and renowned Lawyer, famous for standing against injustice and serving the weak and protecting him against the strong. Hence from Luis youngest age he was taught the importance of integrity, and the honor and the positive impact that one could make on society. Growing up, Luis Idolized and admired his father and aspired to follow his footsteps. He excelled both in school and in sports, holding several awards and striving to be the best in what he does. He applied for a scholarship in the Los Santos University to major in Law Department to follow in his father footsteps. He moved to San Andreas, to the vibrant city of Los Santos where he got himself accustomed to the layout and every tiny, detailed corner of the city. His dream of becoming a lawyer crumbled and his whole world was shattered when his father got shot during a robbery. He was furious and angry, and he channeled that into joining the Los Santos Police Department to avenge his father and to honor his legacy and his memory. To uphold justice and defend the community.
Career Story:
Devastated by the death of his father, Luis joined the Los Santos Police Department. Due to his Sheer Will and high Discipline, he quickly made a name for himself and was notorious for being a very good shooter and a strong-willed, master manipulator rookie. He graduated from the Police Academy first in his class. After his graduation, he was offered to join as an undercover agent working closely in the ghetto side of the city. Monitoring, infiltrating, making deals and a name for himself he soon was a big shot and a reputable for doing high profile busts and taking down easily dangerous criminals. Then something changed, the lure and the bait of easy money began to get a hold of him. He found himself facing his deepest fears, the loss of the ethics and failing his father's vision and legacy, as well as the community's trust. He reached a turning point in his career, where he made a deal with a Marabunta Gang Leader, to become an informant for him and grant him favors and immunity against the Law Enforcement Agencies for a handsome price. He became the very thing he despised. It didn't take long for him to be fully embraced by the Darkside, felling into a bottomless pit of Greed, Lust for Money and Power, corrupting his soul. After facing a few problems during his time in the LSPD, he decided to quit the organization, and take a few months to assess the situation and plan his next move. Driven by his intense greed and desire for more influence, power and money he decided to venture in the San Andreas Highway Patrol Organization.
Outcomes:
1. Luis can take bribes (up to 100k and can ask for guns/ammo/prohibited items).
2. Luis can interrogate / use torture methods to extract truth and he may use truth serum (/try uses truth serum twice per situation).
3. Luis can interact in any type of criminal activities with his family members and his fellows.
4. Luis can frisk the suspects and the legal organization officers for their bodycams, and destroy them if found (/try to find the bodycam of the person nearby and /do break the bodycam -- 2 tries per situation)/
5. Luis can act as a criminal, he can roam freely in the ghetto, engage in illegal sales interactions (Buy/Sell prohibited Guns and Items).
6. Luis can deny the right for legal representation of the detainees and can lie to them and arrest them without him calling for a lawyer and showing his ID.
