|| ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ||

1) Have previous experience of SAHP, as it was first legal organisation I had been the part of when came to the city.

2) Additionally, I have experience of FIB and USSS also.

3) The best of all I am serving right now and also got good friends is the EMS - I am at HOD (25) rank in EMS.

Why I want to be leader of SAHP?

Answer- Well, as everyone knows we all want some great experience and wait for such opportunities and I think I got one.
Moving further to be precise, SAHP was the first organisation I was the part of and as previous leaders took this organisation this much far and now it's my responsibility to make it more active and available 24/7 in the service of people.

I like to take risks which make us shine and being an SAHP leader I think I can come out with my best of leadership qualities that will help both me and the organisation.

Secondly, I would like to make SAHP one of the best legal organisation in the city that can serve in any weather conditions and for that I think I am fit for being the leader of SAHP.

Moving forward, Moving accross the city I found highways are not safe, rarely found SAHP patrolling in recent times, increased cases of highway robberies that all can be tackled by SAHP being an active organisation and to make my words true I would like to be the leader of SAHP.


|| Advice for Improving the functioning of SAHP ||

1) In performing roleplay it's our duty to listen to the demands of citizens and I found few of them ignoring citizens, misbehaving with them and in the above context I would like to ask employees to be well maintained for their roleplay.

2) Favouritism in joining organisations is also a main reason for the downfall of organisations as the players will have low or no knowledge about City and organisation rules and he will definately will become a liability rather than an asset and that will affect functionality of organisation.
So I would like to prefer only the worthy employees.

3) Corruption is another cause why citizens loosing trust in organisations and by maintaining a perfect Internal Affairs department I think it can be overcomed.

4) Proper training to the freshers is necessary to make them shining stars ahead, thus helps in charecter building.

5) Hiring of employees according to timezones that can ensure 24/7 availability would be a great move.

6) Maintaining of Special ops department, Patrolling department, and such like specialized departments that can ensure availability to any Global or Local situation would make SAHP more productive.

7) The last but not the least, having a good network of coordination among the legal orgs can be also a worthy move which ensures precise and quick response against terrorism, gang raids or robberies.
