Life Story: Born in cali at a young at birth his father left and was raised by a single mom. because of this they never had much they lived in a very run down neighbor hood. in his teens him and his brother join a local gang and rised ranks quickly. from robing and stealing to holding people up with guns and stealing cars they did it all. they terrorized other gangs and destroyed everyone in there path. by the time they were in their 20s they ran the gang. his brother one day decide to do a job with out yoki and paid the price with his life this effected yoki a lot and he became one of the most ruthless bloods leaders to ever be in los santos. he gain respect money and everything he ever want he made friends that helped him lead but he was never happy. one day he got caught up and arrested and spent some years in jail. till the leader of a leagl org saw promise in him from his shooting ability and having the amount of underground knowledge he had. yoki sat on an offer freedom but hed be a rat so at what cost he pondered it for awhile and end up taking him up becoming an agent for fib. he was classified and became an undercover opt helping lead all things against underground crime. but once a gangster always a gangster.
Career Story: was a gang leader of bloods street gang able to manage 100s of people after being captured and becoming a traitor. or so they think. he was taken in as an a criminal during shanes term and was trained to understand how legal orgs work. he became am expert and would get transferred to spec ops and becoming close rang and later swapped to long range. he was taken back whne kevin took over and was put as a 00 agent and handler for spec ops he now goes to ghetto and gets intel while trying to not slide into his old habbits but hes a step away from playing both sides of the feild
Outcomes:
1- Yoki can remove people from wanted list and reduce crimes or even let criminals go.
2- Yoki can torture, interrogate or even kill a subject to gain information, and may even use truth serum
3- Yoki is able to use any gun, illegal or not while off or on duty (will not use org weapons for personal use)
