Rejected Banned for GR 4.1

Hi Dear admin.
I am banned today for GR 4.1.
Being a new player i dont know how the redux works first of all i am not using any illigal redux with that i wanna say that everytime why this happend with only and only new players, i knew it i am not using any illigal redux i am ready for my pc check if you find anything illigal i will make sure of that i will leave the game and the they are talking about that i dont have any kill effect or the dying effect its because of my internet issue i play on hotspot and with that i know all the administrator work hard to mentain server but i used only network graphic that are legal i did not used any of the optimization satting i used only roads which are legal and mini map i will request any of the administrator to request for pc check and please give me one more chance to fly back to the city and i will make sure this will not happen again i have learned every rule from now just give me one more chance to fly back to the city
