1) Leader of SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol)

2) Why I want to be leader of SAHP?

Answer-
A) I chose SAHP over others because it seems interesting to me and can serve the purpose what I want and provide me satisfaction and aslo I have previous experience of SAHP, as it was first legal organization I had been the part of when came to city.

B) Additionally, I have experience of FIB, USSS and EMS also and the best I am serving right now is EMS and made good friends here postioned at COS (28) rank in EMS.

C) I am in the server from more than 5 months and got a good knowledge about server rules and functioning of organizations.

D) My responsibilites that I have to assume are-
a) Attending events such as robberies, ACC, Bank Protection, Prison Protection, etc.
b) Ensuring safety on highways for citizens that gets robbed on daily basis and ensuring patrolling that can decrease such instances.
c)Ensuring there is minimum or no corruption in the organization by making IA department more active that can act as one of base structure of organization.
d) Making SAHP more coordinated with other legal orgs.

3) Advice on improvong roleplay in organization-

A) Having minimal favouritism and ensuring hiring on basis of the worthiness can result in the better performance of organization.

B) Corruption an another cause why citizens loosing faith in legal orgs and by maintaining a perfect IA department it can be overcomed.

C) Proper training to freshers is necessary to make them perform highest of roleplay thus helps in charecter building.

D) Hiring of employees according to timezones that can ensure 24/7 availability would be a great move.

E) Maintaing of HR dept., Specil Ops dept., Highway Patrol Team, IA department can ensure quick response to any circumstance with precision.

F) An attractive bonus system can lure employees to organization and can motivate them.

G) The last but not least, having a good coordination among other legal orgs can be a worthy move for overcoming Global situations.
