2. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific organization?
1- So, we always see ballas or Bloods and Famillies Thriving in the Getto i want to give the opportunity to Vagos to Thrive as well to be more known around the Getto I want this Role to Show that It doesn't have to be the same gang orgs on top all the time Vagos can shine again.
2- I believe i can take Vagos to the top Im applying for this role to not only take the new step in RP but to be able to show everyone can learn and have fun again to give people the chance to thrive as a member in this organization to make this term about Communication, Happiness, and Attendance to be a top priority, To make their experience as a gang member great and fun again.
3- I think I am a perfect candidate for this position, I want this role because i have experience with Gang Activities and Gang Events, I want to be able to try my best to keep this gang alive and active I believe I can, and I will if Iam given this opportunity to do so.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
I would improve roleplay by having meetings at the end of the day to speak about the Activity and the Performs of the Gang I will make sure all of the members uphold their Roleplay Positions, or they will receive a strike if they do it constantly, they will be kicked. I will invite people who have a good knowledge of the server and reinforce the roles for others. My advice for advancing the level of Roleplay in the city is teaching the newer players the correct way of RP and help where they can improve.
