2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

Major Points For Me Applying For LSPD Are As Follows

1) I Have been in this Organization from last 4-5 terms and I was Chief of Staff (28) x2 And Seen The Work Of This Organization Specially From Some Of My Respective Leaders and Higher Ups. They are the main reason behind my knowledge and experience and whenever I'm doing something wrong they always help me and correct me in everything. Some small to some major Mistakes I only have learnt from all incidents and try to be better and best and I believe that days that break you are the days that make you. Having such honour to be a low command and journey to be a Highest command in the LSPD I only have learnt things and try to lead things.
2) I believe that the LSPD is the best in all the Leo's. Like from functioning the city to giving fines, tows these things made LSPD different from others i gained such experience in all LSPD stuff. I have learnt the undercover department things in the LSPD and learn how to give fines do tows , penal Codes etc , learnt the work of Human Resource and the Internal Affairs Department. So I have gained all departments information and knows how they works. Doing a Leo's Job Specially in LSPD is making a different experience to my life and love this org when I have 5 Years old (IC) And Now I'm 19 Years old (IC) So already gained much experience in city.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Major Advice For Improving The Roleplay Level is as Follows


1) Departments: By Making Various departments in the Organization. It will help making a good environment and creates more RP Situations where the officers will deal with new situations some higher ups and low commands will interact with each other and they will be having more work to do in the Organization. They will be conducting meetings and promotion stuff so that the employees will be having a good RP environment and it will fulfill their RP needs.
2) Bonus System: In the RP City everybody needs a good salaries to survive and manage their expenses. Obviously everybody is there for earning a good living for their own and these bonuses will help them. I'll make a good bonus System so that the money will be serculate in the economy and it will bring new RP situations and lead to new upbringing in the economy. I'll make sure that apart from normal LSPD Bonuses I'll be giving some more bonus with (Employee of the Week) , (Active Employees of the week) Etc.
3) Bio's: The Currupt Bio is also a major part in the Leo's life. As we all know that We can't be Currupt but 5 person in each Legal Organization can be Currupt by the Currupt Bio's given by the leader of Organisation and the respective Curator. These Bio's will make new situations among the Employees and citizens and Sometime criminals because it involves major usage of /me /try /do commands which will be improving the RP level and makes it more real.
