2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I have been in Multiple Legal Org and started my journey in SAHP and then i shifted to LSPD to gain more experience I have learned a lot about how the organization works and the specific challenges it faces. My experience has given me the skills I need to lead well and meet the different needs of the organization.
2.2 During my time with the LSPD I noticed that we sometimes had trouble to keep enough members for events and daily work. If I am selected as leader I will focus on making sure we have steady participation in the organization. I plan to choose department heads who have the right experience to keep members active no matter where they are. To encourage everyone to join in, I suggest creating a bonus system for those who show up during their shifts. We will also have more events, training sessions, and activities to keep members engaged and active.
2.3 I have a lot of experience from my time in hc at LSPD and SAHP so I know how to manage things inside the organization. My main goal is to keep the LSPD running well. To do this, I will choose dedicated people to lead important departments like Human Resources and Internal Affairs. We will alo ensure that everyone follow the rules properly so there is no violation of rules.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 Staying connected through radio is really important for sharing important information I will focus on making good communication a priority. This will help us work more professionally and improve how we coordinate with each other.
3.2 Make sure that officers have a valid bodycam and using proper rp commands. Introducing certifications Good bonus system Regular Promotion Cermony
No toxicity and No favoritism
3.3 Building good relationships with other organizations is for smooth operations and a good roleplay experience. I want to strengthen ties with the LSPD to make things better for everyone involved in it
