I have a query regarding two forums I posted recently. At first I posted this forum-https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/850897/ Where administrator Joe Alcapone rejected the forum and said in Caravan fight Gen Rule 6.15 is not considered so I created a new Forum just on CR-https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/851920/ But in this forum administrator Astral Void Punished People for CR but also Punished 6 people for Gen Rule 6.15 including me.

I am creating this forum to clarify which one is correct.
