I and my friend were going by car inside the city, we stopped near the bank and my friend got down and went away.
This incident lasts only for one to two seconds and then a person from SAHP ID 11495 comes and immediately fines me and runs away. everything happened so fast I didn't understand anything, and I couldn't even record anything
This person neither said anything to me nor gave me any instructions, he directly imposed a penalty on me and went away.
I chased him and asked him why did you give me a penalty, then he ran away from there and went straight to the ghetto. That person went from there to the beach market That person disappeared from there maybe he did code A he didn't see me again
