Hello dear Mazor,



My name is Smaruf Kaya, and I am a member of the EN1 server. I am reaching out to you because I have been harassed by the EN1 admin team, and my requests for unbanning have been rejected without any explanation. I expect a response, not just a rejection without any clarity.

I would like to comment briefly on my permanent ban on December 9, 2023, for violating rule 4.1, which states that players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage (disabling drug effects, hacks, bots, etc.).

I have been playing Grand for over two years, and as an experienced player regarding the rules, I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I deeply regret my violation and am fully aware of my error. I promise that I will never engage in such actions again.

I kindly request the unbanning of my account, Smaruf Kaya with ID 179515. Additionally, I am willing to accept the penalty of having all the money in my account deleted. I have learned from this mistake and will make sure to avoid violating any rules in the future. I have been online for more than 10 hours a day and have always been a polite and fair player. Therefore, I am asking for a second chance to prove that I mean it.
