Hello, I haven't entered the game for 2 months. I was working. When I loaded it to play with my friends, I saw that I was banned. Why was I banned even though I didn't enter the game? I am appealing the removal of my ban.

I work because I don't have a family situation and I couldn't enter the game. I had to sell my computer. Now I bought a new computer and I want to play the game again. I want my ban to be lifted. I haven't entered the game for 2 months. I didn't violate the game rules.​
