2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 LSPD is the heart of the city without LSPD the city cannot function properly and I want to lead the heart. I want to make LSPD the best. I have seen LSPD is not so helpful right now, LSPD's only work is not to just respond to store robberies, hacker attack etc. but they should help citizens too. If I take over as the Leader, I will ensure that LSPD takes stand for every individual whenever they need help.

2.2 I have experience being high command and leading many situations on my own, but now I think I have gained enough experience to lead an organization. it's always been my dream to lead an organization and if I get a chance to fulfill my dream I will make my term the best of the all.

2.3 What I have seen is that a lot is that the newbies are not getting fair chance because if they somehow pass the interview they don't get a good and brief training and because of that they do mistakes and that leads them to directly getting suspended or even getting fired. In my term, I will personally ensure that the newbies are getting perfect training and they are not getting fired for doing mistakes they should be taught briefly about what mistakes they did so that they will not repeat that again in future.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will personally take a look at every department's activity to ensure the smooth flow of the organization.

3.2 Oppressing lower ranks by higher rank will not be tolerated (will result in either getting strike or getting fired)

3.3 No favouritism will be done. Every will get an equal.

3.4 Promotion ceremony will be done once every week and I will personally check everyone's logs to check who is eligible.

3.5 Duty time will be assigned to High commands so that we always have someone experienced to lead a situation.
