I'm writing to share my confusion about my account. Four months ago, I was banned for breaking a game rule, which I accepted. However, when I tried to log in recently, I found that the ban is still active. I've also been accused of helping a cheater, which is not true. I would never do that, especially after already being banned. It doesn't make sense for me to break the rules again after facing punishment. I've always been responsible and respectful to other players and staff. I kindly ask you to review my case and the evidence, as I believe I’ve been wrongly accused. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your quick response.
