2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
LSPD is my favourite organisation and im most experienced in it , i was most recently HOD , i know more than enough about LSPD to be able to lead it successfully
i believe LSPD need a leader that would push with his colleagues and help them do good work throughout the whole day and ensure everything is running smoothly within every aspect of the org
If i get to be the leader of LSPD , im more than confident that ill make all 6 departments within our organisation have the correct heads of departments and theyre all equally active , which will lead to LSPD being very versatile and active all around.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Departments will be one of the most important parts of the organisation if not the most and i will ensure that they are ran by the right people and well.
Human Resources : HR will take care of hiring citizens that want to join , they will take care of training the officers that are new to law enforcement , and they will take care of the organisations internal roster and emails to ensure we dont get lost and everything is where it should be
Internal Affairs : IA will ensure things are running smoothly within the organisation by doing trunk inspections , licence checks , background checks , body cam checks etc .. on our officers , and IA will also make sure to investigate matters internally if they get complaints on officers whether it is corruption or false fines so they can be dealt with.
Special Weapons and Tactics : SWAT will be the firepower of the organisation , and will be the brute force individuals during situations against gangs or criminal families , all the units within SWAT will be training together often to keep sharpening their shooting skills , and to ensure when the time comes they are the best and they will take the opposition down
Investigations Bureau : IB will be LSPD's intelligence , they will be helping FIB mainly with collecting evidence against gangs and families . IB agents will also go after wanted criminals , criminals with arrest warrant written on them , they will also go for cannabis busts to ensure the city is free of drugs.
Public Relations : PR will be incredibly important in our organisation , they will ensure they do fun events with kind prize pools to the citizens of the city very often , so the citizens always have activities to do , and are being rewarded by law enforcement in another way than applying the law.
Traffic enforcement : TE will be towing and cleaning the city of illegally parked vehicles in general. TE will be important to keep active as it really helps the city with the abandoned cars and the illegally parked ones , so this department will have very rewarding bonuses , they will also ensure checkpoints are ran often.

28- Assistant Chief of police ( will ensure the org as a whole is running well along with the deputies)
27- Chief of Staff (6 COS will be appointed 1 for each department , they will overlook all depts and make sure theyre always active)
