Life Story: Rajj Minazuki is from Punjab to Los Santos, came with his family because of his father's job transfer. His father is a police officer. Rajj has been forced by his father to become a police officer. He entering the police academy. Rajj struggle with the moral compromises. Time passes Rajj realized that his father is a police officer, his father's influence trained Rajj's early carrier. Rajj started turning blind eye towards bribery. But happiness didn't stayed too long, Rajj's father has been betrayed by his corrupt colleagues. It shocks Rajj really bad. As he got police training by his father, he decided to take a revenge of his father who got betrayed by his colleagues. He decided to become a corrupt officer.
Career Story: Rajj Minazuki was good in the police academy. He really appreciated his father, he started his police career in LSPD at a trainee rank but with his sharp minded thinking and his father's connections he got promoted to lieutenant in such a short period of time. But after that thing happened to his father he got disrespected by his colleagues. So one day one of the corrupt officer told him that give me bribe he will give him promotion, Rajj thought about it for two days then got to a decision to give him bribe and got promoted to Chief of Staff. As he think about his revenge but he don't have any money to do anything so he also though to become a corrupt officer.
Outcomes:
1. Rajj minazuki is able to use illegal weapons while off duty.
2. Rajj minazuki can kill people anywhere on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands. (No RDM)
3. Rajj minazuki is able to go to the ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to his street knowledge.
4. Rajj minazuki doesn't follow any law while detaining/arresting a criminal, he doesn't show his ID, read rights or provide a lawyer.
5. Rajj minazuki is able to attend family events and do illegal activities with them.
6. Rajj minazuki is able to take/Give items from criminals for his own benefit.
