Throughout the whole process neither i was read my rights nor my charges for my arrest, the officer even searched and confiscated my items without putting me in detention or arrest in the first place. I asked for an attorney and his ID multiple times but i was never provided an attorney. (Timestamps 07:13, 07:54, 08:10, 08:50, 10:15)
This officer just violated almost whole procedure for detention and/or arrest. I dont even know how he even opened his PDA while he had jumpsuit on his hand - Timestamp 08:39 grabbing a jumpsuit Timestamp 10:20 opening PDA prior to handing jumpsuit or putting it on bed. -
He simply doesnt fit to be a LEO, as of his only purpose is just cuffing people and putting em in jail.

Code of Civil and Procedural Law 2.8.2 The suspect has the right to a lawyer, which cannot be denied or dismissed if requested.
Simple as that.

here is my pov :

1). As per state rule 5.1 he was seen in hostage situation ( criminal activity) i can arrest him, that's why i searched him for any illegal items for my safety bcz i dont want with some wrong muscle if gets uncuffed and shoot at me
2). In my pov you can see i have read rights 3 times and they didn't answer anything so we took their silence as yes( another leo stated im audible even you can see in his pov i was audible later i didnt do anything in between as you can check in my pov
3). I made one mistake that is not providing lawyer , the reason is that as i thought if a 10-15 doesnt respond anything after reading rights 3 times i thought he wont get lawyer, i didn't know that they can ask anytime for lawyer and we must provide it bcz 10-15 always ask for lawyer when i read rights i have provided them, if he asked layer while reading rights i didn't hear u can check my pov voices when flying heli wasn't good. i apologize for my mistake i am ready take punishment for it
4). In training they taught us to grab jump suit from counter but they didn't say anything about put jump suit on bed or hang it, as i seen many 10-15 process never seen this others also do same

They can get an attorney till you start processing them, if they ask for an attorney at any time (not while issuing fine and stars) you have to get them regardless.
