At 3:03 the Admin clarified in the Code B situation that while LEOs can use engine blockers once to ask if gangsters want to end a hostage situation, they must comply if hostages are present meaning they should prioritize their safety. The officer (ID 98825) acknowledged this at 3:09 yet the rules were still ignored. Right after that, ID 64396 from LSPD placed spikes in our route seen clearly at 3:50 disregarding hostage safety. At 4:18 they (including IDs 176324, 106561, 172286) repeatedly blocked our engines without issuing pullover demands, resulting in clear Fail RP + Fear RP. At 6:10 ID 64396 blocked the engine again ( without pullover demands again ) and at 6:24 (ID 64396) LSPD blocked the road with barricade, Forcing RP and ignoring hostage safety. No demands were given and SAHP was also involved in the situation.
